Pre School 2-4

Fun first steps in martial arts.

Our Pre-School programme gives young children a fun, friendly and positive introduction to martial arts.

Through playful movement, simple martial arts activities and parent-and-child participation, we help little ones develop confidence, listening skills, balance and coordination.

Classes are supportive, age-appropriate and designed to help children become comfortable following instructions, taking turns and joining in with others.

No previous experience is needed, and a parent or carer joins in throughout the class.

Kids P1-P3

Fun, structured classes that build focus, confidence and great habits.

Our Kids programme is designed for children in P1–P3 who need a positive outlet, improved listening and a fun way to grow in confidence.

Through energetic games, age-appropriate martial arts skills and clear class routines, children learn to follow instructions, stay focused, work well with others and enjoy achieving goals.

Parents often notice the benefits outside class too — better listening, stronger routines, calmer behaviour and growing self-belief.

Perfect for children in P1–P3. Beginners are always welcome.

Juniors P4-P7

Confidence, discipline, resilience and life skills for school-age children.

Helping children grow in confidence, character and resilience.

Our Juniors programme gives children in P4–P7 a positive, structured place to develop focus, respect, self-control and perseverance while learning practical martial arts skills.

Classes are supportive, energetic and challenging in the right way, helping students improve fitness, coordination, confidence and discipline as they work towards clear goals.

We also place a strong emphasis on life skills — teaching children to listen well, take responsibility, show respect, handle nerves, learn from mistakes and keep going when something feels difficult.

It is a great place to make friends, build resilience and develop habits that parents often notice at home and in school too.

Perfect for children in P4–P7. Beginners are always welcome.

Teens S1+

Beginner-friendly training for confidence, fitness and focus — no ego, no pressure.

Our Teens S1+ classes are for secondary school students who want to get fitter, build confidence and train in a positive, supportive environment.

Classes help teens develop focus, discipline, self-control, resilience and leadership, while giving them a healthy outlet away from school pressure and screens.

Students progress at their own pace with clear goals, structured coaching and a friendly team atmosphere.

Adults 18+

Martial arts for fitness, confidence, stress relief and practical self-defence.

Starting in your 30s, 40s or 50s? You are exactly who this class is for.

Our adult classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help you improve fitness, strength, flexibility, confidence and self-defence in a relaxed, supportive environment.

No ego, no judgement — just expert coaching, steady progress and a welcoming team of adults training together.
